NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget for the Town of Sandy Creek, County of Oswego, New York, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2020, is on file and available in the office of the Town Clerk at theTown Hall, 1992 Harwood Drive,Sandy Creek, NY where it maybe inspected by any interested persons during regular office hours.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Sandy Creek will meet and review said Preliminary Budget and hold a public hearing thereof on Wednesday, November6, 2019, at the Town Hallat7 PM. At such hearing, any person may be heard either for or against any item therein contained.

Pursuant to Section 108 of Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following officials are specified as follows:
Supervisor $15,318.00
Councilmen (4) $3,570.00 each
Town Clerk/Collector $32,680.00
Highway Superintendent $56,036.00

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Sandy Creek will also hold a public hearing at the same time noted above concerning the Fire Contracts between the town and the villages of SandyCreek and Lacona. The contracts are for the following amounts: Sandy Creek- $ 157,000.00; Lacona-$76,500.00. At such public hearing, any person may be heard either for or against such contracts.

Public Hearing Notice

Please take notice that the Town of Sandy Creek has received a Site Plan Review application by Generation Projects LLC of Saugerties, NY to construct a privately funded 5MW AC, 7.5 DC community solar array on approximately 22 acres of a 148 acre parcel at 58 Seber Shores Road (018.00-02-15.02). This application may be viewed at the office of the Town Clerk at the Town Hall, 1992 Harwood Drive, Sandy Creek, NY 13145 Monday - Friday 9 am to 3 pm. The Sandy Creek Regional Planning Board has scheduled a public hearing on Tuesday, September 3rdat 7 pm at the Town Hall. All persons wishing to be heard on such issue should be present at the date, time and place aforestated or submit written comments in advance to Sandy Creek Regional Planning Board, PO Box 58, Sandy Creek, NY 13145-0058. Please state your reasons for or against this site plan. Any persons requiring special accommodations to attend the meeting and participate should notify the Town Clerk at least three business days prior to the date and time of the public hearing.
